Return Policy
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
General Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
- Returns are only applicable if the product is damaged or defective.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges (both to and from our location) when returning an item.
Exclusions & Special Cases
Vinyl Records & Turntables
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for defects caused by suitcase turntables. These turntables may exert excessive pressure on vinyl records, leading to issues such as warping, skipping, or scratching. Customers must ensure compatibility with their playback equipment.
Pre-Owned Records
- No returns or refunds will be accepted for pre-owned records unless the record is broken during transit.
- Pre-owned records may have surface noise and skips, which are expected characteristics. If you prefer a pristine listening experience, we recommend investing in new records.
Live Albums
- Many live albums may have inherent sound quality issues due to the nature of the original recordings. These are not considered defects, and we do not provide refunds or replacements for sound quality concerns.
- Refunds will only be issued if the record is broken during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at sales@therevolverclub.com.
Shipping for Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

- Customers must bear all shipping costs for returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on location.
