Cancel and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At The Revolver Club, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and have implemented a flexible cancellation policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for defects that occur as a result of playing vinyl records on suitcase turntables.
Suitcase turntables, due to their design and construction, may exert excessive pressure or cause uneven wear on vinyl records, potentially leading to damage or defects such as warping, skipping, or scratching. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compatibility with their chosen playback equipment.
Refund or Returns not applicable on Pre Owned Records
The Part of buying a pre owned record is that it may come along with some skips and surface noise, if you prefer your record without skips and surface noise it is recommended you invest in new records, returns and refunds for preowned will only be initiated in case record is broken during transit.
Policy for Live albums
Many live albums from artists can have certain defects in terms of sound quality due to the recordings not being up to the quality mark. We advise you to refrain from ordering these titles or order at your own discretion as we will not provide a replacement or refund in case the sound quality is not on par with your expectations. In case record is broken during transit we can provide you with a refund.
Refund Process:
If you receive damaged or defective items, please return the product in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving it.
For canceled orders, a 3% restocking fee will be applied due to non-refundable gateway charges associated with debit/credit card payments. This fee is also applicable on payments made via UPI and other modes of payment.
Refunds for credit/debit card payments will be processed within 5-10 working days, while refunds for bank transfers will also be issued within the same timeframe.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 8-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, no cancellation requests will be entertained if orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the shipping process.
There is no cancellation allowed for orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
If you receive a product that does not match the description on the site or meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
For products covered by manufacturer warranties, please direct any complaints to the respective manufacturers.
