Return Policy
Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for defects that occur as a result of playing vinyl records on suitcase turntables.
Suitcase turntables, due to their design and construction, may exert excessive pressure or cause uneven wear on vinyl records, potentially leading to damage or defects such as warping, skipping, or scratching. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compatibility with their chosen playback equipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Refund or Returns not applicable on Pre Owned Records
The Part of buying a pre owned record is that it may come along with some skips and surface noise, if you prefer your record without skips and surface noise it is recommended you invest in new records, returns and refunds for preowned will only be initiated in case record is broken during transit.
Policy for Live albums
Many live albums from artists can have certain defects in terms of sound quality due to the recordings not being up to the quality mark. We advise you to refrain from ordering these titles or order at your own discretion as we will not provide a replacement or refund in case the sound quality is not on par with your expectations. In case record is broken during transit we can provide you with a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Requirements for Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank. If you have completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@therevolverclub.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at sales@therevolverclub.com.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to: The Revolver Club, G3 Fairlands, L.J Road, Mahim (West) - 400016. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
