The new Debut Carbon EVO represents the epitome of Pro-Ject’s philosophy: high performance, clean aesthetics, and superb value. The elegant, simple aesthetic is unmarred by gimmicky lights, sliders, and buttons. It is a pure, high-performance turntable. Should requirements call for a phono preamp, Bluetooth or digital connectivity, USB interface, or integrated amplifier, we offer a wide range of external electronics, optimized for any application.
Refined in every aspect.
Suspension - Improved motor suspension
The Debut Carbon EVO features our new designed motor suspension. We have improved the old design to consistently reduce the vibrations better than before.
Metal Feet - Damped & height adjustable
The new Debut Carbon Evo stands on three height adjustable damped aluminium feet to guarantee the perfect stand.
1.7 kg Platter - Heavy steel and TPE damped
We added a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) ring on the inside of the platter. The result is an even quieter and noiseless operation with less wow and flutter.
33/45/78 RPM - High precision motor control
The rocker switch on the bottom of the turntable allows you to change speeds with the push of only a single button.
DAMPED FROM THE INSIDE - Debut Carbon Evo Platter
Pro-Ject’s previous metal platter was already heavier than anybody else‘s on the market, but metal platters inherently have a disadvantage: resonance.
Pro-Ject’s TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) technology now helps to damp the resonance completely and also increases the weight to 1,7 kg. Because the TPE is mounted to the inside of the platter‘s rim, the moving energy will also create a flywheel effect. The result is an even quieter and noiseless operation with less wow and flutter.
Pro-Ject includes a well-written manual for Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo and also a well-designed guide for the initial setup, something that we rarely find at this price point.
Upgrade Your Debut Carbon EVO Turntable
Most Debut owners are already aware of – a stylish acrylic platter that elevates the performance of all Debut variants via resonance control. Now you can further upgrade the platter assembly with Pro-Ject’s – a higher-precision design that adds mass to the drive system, thus delivering improved speed stability and even more resonance control than Acryl it record platter alone. Whether you own the new Debut Carbon EVO, Debut Carbon DC, Esprit, RecordMaster, or even the older Debut III (among others!), your analog system stands to benefit from the Debut Alu Sub-Platter.
